Awarded Β£64,508.43 as Principal Investigator for FRAME-DS: Framework for Recognising Applied Data Stewardship Within TRE Workforces – A Collaborative, Cross-Organisation Pilot through the UKRI-funded Careers and Skills for Data-Driven Research (CaSDaR) Network+ Research Technical Professional Call. FRAME-DS was one of four projects selected for funding from 24 applications submitted to the competitive Β£70,000 funding stream, as announced by the CaSDaR Network+. Delivered collaboratively by Research Data Scotland and Electronic Data Research and Innovation Service (eDRIS) at Public Health Scotland, the project explores how applied data stewardship can be recognised, supported, and strengthened across TREs.

Presented Automating Low-Fidelity Synthetic Data Generation from Metadata: A Reproducible Approach Using R at the ADR UK Conference 2025. Also contributed to the conference poster ADRUK Ingest Improvement Task and Finish Group: Smoothing the Ingest of Data. Both abstracts were subsequently published in the International Journal of Population Data Science conference proceedings.

Joined the University of Edinburgh as a Health Data Analyst, developing reproducible R and SQL pipelines for linked NHS datasets and supporting research into patient outcomes and healthcare services. I also developed interactive dashboards and contributed to data governance, metadata standardisation, and research data management activities.

Graduated from Swansea University with an MSc in Health Data Science. The programme strengthened my interests in population data science, administrative data research, machine learning, and reproducible analytics. My dissertation applied machine learning methods to investigate the prediction of early-stage Alzheimer’s disease using the OASIS-3 dataset.
